I heard about Advantage Steam through the Rob, Arnie, & Dawn show.  My original thought was they were like everybody that I used in the past. Was I ever wrong. Joel at Advantage picked up our beauties, serviced them in his shop and returned a few days later. How did he do? Five stars+. Those carpets are fantastic again. And, he did not charge for pick up / delivery. He even helped position the carpets and move back the heavy furniture.
